Are your Products keto friendly?

Many people would consider our Miracle Greens products “keto friendly”. Since collagen is a protein source, and so our marine collagen powder has a 0g total of carbs. For each serving of our Miracle Greens green powder, there is 1.41g of carbs and 1.53g of fibre. So while we have a lot of customers who enjoy our products and superfoods in their ketogenic diets, it’s ultimately up to you if you’d like to take our supplements or substitute them for more fibre rich whole fruits and veg instead.

Where do you get your ingredients?

We source our ingredients from all around the world, but we mainly source them from the places where they are grown naturally or made with the best quality possible. All of our ingredients are third party tested in labs for purity, potency and efficacy, So that our health supplements give you the results you want without all the harmful side effects you may get from digesting other supplements.

Are your products Organic and Vegan friendly?

All of our products are 100% certified organic and are vegan friendly. The only exception being that our collagen comes from wild caught fish in the North Sea, so although our marine collagen is hydrolysed, kosher and halal; it isn’t suitable for vegans and isn't organic.

When is the best time to take your products?

Green powder - Morning

We’d recommend that you take our green powder first thing in the morning by mixing it into any drink or food. This is because it’s designed to help alkalise your body in the morning as you wake up, boost your energy and help with the detoxing process throughout the day. It also reduces your cortisol levels to regulate your stress and make you feel even greater. You can also take up to 3-4 servings during the day if you’d like to consistently boost 1) energy, 2) detoxing and 3) the immune system with 16 healthy superfoods, or you could even take this many servings to cure your hangover from going to a party!

Marine Collagen - Whenever

Whereas for our marine collagen, you can take it whenever you feel like. A good time to take it would be after a workout as it can help increase muscle recovery by getting more protein into your system, and it will help to replenish the cartilage supplies in your joints after they experience wear and tear after exercise.

How fast will I see results from taking your products?

Results vary depending on the product and individual. For instance some people will say that collagen takes 3 weeks to take effect on skin, hair and nails etc, whilst others could say 12 weeks. But science dictates that you should be able to see visible results over a period of 4-8 weeks for our marine collagen, as a whole. 

On the other hand with our green powder, we’ve had feedback that it’s detoxing powers and energy boosting effects have helped our customers instantly at their working jobs, from aeronautical engineers when they deal with exhaust fumes. Others have said that it’s taken them a week or two to notice it’s effects, so it really boils down to the biology of everyone and each of you.

Are your products safe for kids?

Whilst we know that many of our customers use Miracle Greens entirely for their families nutritional needs. You’d probably need to be given the green lights from your family's healthcare provider or nutritionist. As our products have been designed specifically for adult use, and so we’re not familiar with everyone’s general health, medical history & any medical or supplement interactions. So, they would be more inclined and appropriately able to make any serving size recommendations for kids.

Can I take Miracle Greens products while pregnant?

Many women and new mothers in our community tend to enjoy our products thoroughly throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, but only with the approval from their doctors. At Miracle Greens, we would always advise you to check with your GP before adding any new supplements to your diet whilst pregnant or nursing.

Can your products be used while taking medication?

We would strongly advise that if you’re taking both prescription or non-prescription based medicine to check with your GP, if you’re eligible to take any of our supplements. This is because we have no knowledge of your medical history or your history of reacting to supplements, or if you have any health conditions. So in this case, we would always consult our customers to check with their GP before taking any one of our supplements for safety precautions.

Are your products safe?

Without a doubt yes. At Miracle Greens we ensure a series of strict protocols to test our supplements for the right strength, efficacy, the best combinations & for the highest quality ingredients. It is our number one priority to ensure that our supplements are safe for general use. Otherwise we’d be a failure to our main purpose of greatly improving the peoples’ health, well-being and nutrition.

Beyond Miracle Green’s own set of standards, we follow all industry regulations. The UK is one of the most safety strict countries to manufacture food supplements carefully regulating the manufacturing processes, safety of ingredients, and marketing practices for all nutritional supplements. Although some of our ingredients are sourced from around the world, our products are all made in the UK in the state-of-the art GMP approved facilities.

 

Delivery & Returns

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Every single one of our products are dispatched on a daily basis by 2pm and sent via Royal Mail tracked. It should normally take around 1-3 days for your orders to arrive, but may rarely take longer according to any delays. Delivery details will be provided in the confirmation email of your purchase along with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally as well as the UK?

At the moment we are only able to ship to all the mainland areas of the UK. However, if you’d like to order any of our goods abroad you can do so by emailing us at contact@miraclegreens.co.uk, provided that you pay for the shipping fees.

Do Miracle Greens do free delivery?

Yes we will always ship our products around the UK with free delivery. If however, you’re buying our products from overseas then we won’t cover the international shipping costs.

 

Is it possible for me to return or get a full refund on my order?

Yes, we make it very easy for you to refund your orders with a 30 day guarantee! If for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply write to our email at contact@miraclegreens.co.uk, and add “Refund Request” to the subject line. In your email please include 1) a summary of why you’re unhappy, and 2) your order #. If we have failed in our service, then one of our team members will send you a full refund with no questions asked. This is because at Miracle Greens we prioritise our customers’ utility, wants and needs rather than pure profits. All of our profits are reinvested back into the business for innovation and to carry on creating new high quality, convenient products that contribute to upgrading the peoples’ health, wellbeing & nutrition.
